Insight Global is looking for an Automation QA Engineer to add to a strong existing team with a large Telecommunications company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing SOAP and RESTful web services along with expertise in UI automation. The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the company's software products. They will work closely with the development team to identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and implement automated testing strategies. Additionally, the Automation Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze test results, and drive continuous improvement in their testing processes.

Extensive experience in software testing and test automation, with a focus on SOAP and RESTful web services
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Postman, SOAPUI, etc.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases
Solid understanding SDLC, agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with version control systems (Git etc.) and issue tracking tools (Jira etc.)
Certification in software testing ( ISTQB, etc.)
