The Site Lead leads a team of 5 onsite credentialing specialists, overseeing all aspects of PIV card enrollment and issuance. This role ensures compliance with federal identity verification standards, optimizing operations for efficiency, and leading continuous improvement initiatives in the office.

Proven experience in leadership and managing teams effectively within a security or government environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Solid understanding of data privacy laws and security protocols.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management systems.
Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Experience in PIV card issuance or a similar credentialing process
Familiarity with federal government security and identity verification standards
