Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join one of our medical device clients in the Twin Cities. You'll be joining a small team of 6 that rolls up through the CFO. You will be managing day to day Accounts Receivable work, including but not limited to processing invoices, talking to suppliers, and minor issue resolution (Tier 1). This role is hybrid in St Paul 3 days a week and the manager is looking for someone that would be open to converting to a full time employee.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting OR equivalent accounts payable experience
- High degree of accuracy, data entry skills, attention to detail and confidentiality
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of general project accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences across all levels
