An employer of Insight Global's is looking for onsite inbound CUTOMER SERVICE REPS to sit in the corporate location in Plymouth, MI. The group will be apart of building out a new team for the... healthcare company and must have experience in a high call volume call center. The role will receive ~80 inbound calls a day from customers of the healthcare company to help with any questions, technical issues on the systems, and help guide through step-by-step instructions on how to upload documentation to the sites. We are looking for very strong customer service to support patients through uneasy times and will be responsible for working through an intake queue to perform data entry and metric. Sometimes, this role will make outbound calls to customers that need to be called back or to provide further information to complete the patients documents for packages to be shipped directly to their home. It is important that this individual has strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
