Job Description

An employer is looking for a Call Center Representative in the Redford, MI area. This person will be responsible for handling inbound calls in a call center environment. This person will be handling calls for dealerships and distributors in the local area. The employee will be responsible for helping technicians troubleshoot powertrain issues in all types of vehicles. These candidates should be comfortable providing support over the phone and working through a troubleshooting list with technicians. This position is intended to help with the influx of phone calls to the call center during the spring and summer months.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience working in a customer service capacity

Technical understanding of vehicles or the automotive industry (retail exp, call center experience, technician experience)
