Job Description

We are seeking a SharePoint Adoption Specialist to lead user adoption, engagement, and effective utilization of Microsoft SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. This role bridges technology and business operations by helping employees understand, embrace, and maximize modern collaboration solutions through training, communication, governance, and user support initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong SharePoint knowledge with excellent communication, change management, and end-user engagement skills.

Compensation:
$40-60/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience delivering user training and supporting technology adoption initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with SharePoint site design, content management, and intranet administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience with change management methodologies or user adoption frameworks.
• Knowledge of records management, governance, and compliance best practices.
• Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications preferred.
