Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to manage and maintain our endpoint desktop environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Configuration Manager (CM) and a proven track record of ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of desktop systems. We are seeking candidates local to Mexico and willing to work CST and EST hours.

Required Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on endpoint desktop management (I know the more senior the better)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Configuration Manager (CM).
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop management.
Experience with software deployment, patch management, and endpoint security.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network protocols.
Soft Skills:
English speaking.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar.
Experience with other endpoint management tools and technologies.
