A global manufacturing client in Murfreesboro, TN is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team. In this role, you will have oversight and give direction to a team of 7 employees, comprised of 1 Lead Technician & 6 maintenance technicians. This team will be responsible for the preventative maintenance work on the manufacturing lines, and will service the hydraulic, fabrication, and air pneumatic systems. You will work with your team daily and mentor them and direct their efforts to ensure the line run smoothly while maintaining safety and quality standards. In addition, you will be responsible for keeping up tool and product inventory, and ordering new supplies when needed. This role will require you to be onsite, and the shift is Monday-Friday from 7a-4p; additionally you would have the option to work 2nd shift (12p-9p).

5-7+ years experience as a maintenance manager in a manufacturing plant
2+ years of experience managing a team of 3 or more people
Experience in preventative maintenance of hydraulic, fabrication, and air pneumatic systems
Experience working with vendors to order supplies
