Objectives of the Position
- Successfully manage the day-to-day operations of Prescors shops
- Implement new processes and products to drive continuous improvements (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma, TOPS, TOC, and Root Cause Analysis in both a One-Off and Production Run environments)
- Recommend new equipment and oversee installs and training
- Drive and execute preventative maintenance plans
- Support quality control protocols
- Investigate inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions in current processes.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Service to ensure that Prescor delivers a quality product on time.
- Ensure that shop employees follow all health and safety guidelines and policies

- Experience with hot and cold forming processes
