An employer is looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist in the San Antonio, TX area. They will be supporting internal analytical teams with data management and administrative support to ensure proper coordination of information. The preferred candidate with be familiar with DOD knowledge management and have past experience supporting Cyberwarfare Communities of Interest (COI) withing the DOD/Intelligence Community (IC). This person will manage complex and diverse area that require solutions and program management. Tasks will include technical documentation support, graphic support and administrative support. They will also include developing and implementing strategies ensuring the use of knowledge management systems and processes, establish relationships with teams and missions partners, develop processes for storing and sharing information and knowledge, and evaluating the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.

- Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for CI POLY in the future
- 7+ years of experience in knowledge management
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to facilitate productive groups, meetings and events (online and in-person)
- Strong commitment to user-experience, understanding customer needs and building stakeholder buy-in
- Degree in Journalism, Communications, Organizational Learning, Knowledge Management, Social Science, etc.
- Experience with technical documentation, administrative support
- Previous work experience with any of the following organizations: NSA, USCYBERCOM, CIA, or other DOD/IC organizations
