We are seeking a skilled and experienced E&I Technician to join our team in Clayton, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low voltage systems, particularly 24V, VFDs, drives, and automated valves. This role involves troubleshooting, minor replacements, and calibration tasks to ensure optimal performance of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Low Voltage Systems: Expertise in 24V systems, troubleshooting VFDs, drives, and automated valves.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Perform troubleshooting and minor replacements, including landing wires, working within 480V panels, and handling signal wires.
Valve Maintenance: Change out electronic valve tops, address valves, and perform small wiring tasks. Calibrate valve positions using trench units.
System Calibration: Confirm and adjust settings on valve positions and other automated components.
Documentation: Utilize SAP for digital documentation of work performed. Training will be provided.

3-5 years of experience troubleshooting VFDs and drives, 24V systems, and working under 480V panels
Mechanical Skills: Ability to change out valves and handle automated pump wiring.
480V Panel Work: Comfortable working under 480V panels.
Technical Skills: Mechanically inclined to handle valve changes and automated pump wiring.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with a diverse team and communicate effectively.
Experience with SAP or similar- ability to digitally document work
Delta V Experience: Preferred due to the integration of many valves with Delta V systems.
