Insight Global is looking to hire an internal Resource Manager that will assist in initially overseeing 2 Active Professional Services Programs for one of our Semiconductor clients. This Resource Manager would be responsible for assisting with identifying new hires, coordinating onboarding and orientation, scheduling training, and leading team meetings at our 4 sites across Arizona and Texas. They would assist with onsite escalations, team communication and updates. Would Responsible for consultant engagement, morale initiatives, approving payroll, maintaining master roster, etc. Other responsibilities would be reporting, status updates, stakeholder communication, invoicing coordination.
Standard Responsibilities for Project Coordinator
Responsible for consultant engagement, morale initiatives, approving payroll, maintaining master roster, etc.
Support a maximum of three individual programs or a single portfolio of programs
Assist Project Manager with creating and maintaining client facing and internal reporting within Dynamics and SharePoint
Responsible for the oversight and execution of consultant onboarding process
Coordinate with Account Managers to set up interviews and manage interview tracking
Support Project or Program Manager in interviewing perspective consultants for the program
Enforces policies and hosts quarterly consultant performance reviews, when necessary
Responsible for project wide communication and announcements
Document and distribute Project Leadership meeting minutes and notes
Facilitates project committees for personal and professional development of resources
Support the Project or Program Manager in project financial auditing
Partner with Project or Program Manager on delivery related initiatives including but not limited to:
Reporting
Status Updates
Stakeholder Communication
Invoicing Coordination
Facilitate Internal and External billing (Purchase order tracking, Milestone tracking, SOW review, profitability & performance indicators)
Maintains clear understanding of terms and conditions, including deliverables, of assigned project contracts

Prior experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing Industry
4+ years in Project Manager, Operations Manager or Resource Manager focused positions
1+ year of interviewing experience
Experience coordinating schedules, interviews, team meetings
Strong with Excel
Experience providing status reports on a daily/weekly basis to both internal and external stakeholders
