This team is seeking a Content Design Lead who will play a pivotal role in shaping the persona of Yohana's AI Assistant.

* AI's form/physics, embodiment/"location"
* AI's identities, like gender (or lack of) and nationality (or lack of)
* AI's backstory (who made ai, where ai came from, who ai knows, cultural biases ai carries)

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
* Professional experience in content design with a focus on LLMs and AI.
* Professional experience with natural language processing (NLP) and LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, BERT).
* Professional experience with character strategy & personality design along with listener experience design
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
* Familiarity with AI technologies and their impact on content creation.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations.
