Job Description

An employer is looking for a Senior Project Manager in the Seattle, WA area. This candidate will be joining the Unified Communications and Collaboration Contact Center project team. This organization is in the process of migrating their Contact Centers to Genesys Cloud CX, as well as integrating other voice-related functionality such as CRM reporting, Workforce Engagement, Customer Care + Billing, Screen Captures, and Outbound Management System. This PM will play a pivotal role in managing the scope, schedule, budget; as well as engaging a broad set of stakeholders and project partners. Additional responsibilities will include driving organizational change management as needed, supporting the independent project quality assurance processes, and ensuring compliance with citywide standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience with exposure to working in a City/State Agency/Municipality environment

- Experience and/or working knowledge of projects within Call Center Technology/IVRs (Avaya, Genesys)

- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders and executive sponsors

- Background utilizing M365 products including Microsoft Project

- Strong critical thinking and listening skills

Ability to manage stressful situations with grace and professionalism
