Job Description

Pay rate range 25-30/hr. Our client is looking for Network Control Specialist to work in their Network Operations Center (NOC). The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the fault tickets for any critical issues, creating tickets to resolve issues, working with satellite providers to resolve connectivity issues, and working with shipboard engineers to resolve issues. Identification of root causes, severity levels, workarounds, testing requirements and implementation of fixes to restore network. They will maintain and manage the network to solve any issues.
