Manage purchase requisitions, supplier schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure material availability for production
Collaborate with suppliers to manage constraints, adjust plans, and ensure alignment with demand requirements
Analyze and respond to schedule changes or disruptions, communicating impacts and driving resolution across internal teams
Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, warehouse, and S&OP teams to ensure end-to-end alignment
Monitor and optimize inventory levels, warehouse capacity, and slow-moving/obsolete (SLOB) materials
Support supplier strategy initiatives, including dual sourcing and business continuity planning
Lead or contribute to material phase-in/phase-out and engineering change processes
Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
