Job Description

Insight Global's client is looking for a Level 1-2 Help Desk to join their IT Help Desk team within the printing services industry. You will be responsible for handling the general level 1-2 help desk issues. You will be the first point of contact when an internal employee needs assistance. You will handle tasks such as password resets, deskside services, software updates/installations, and remote troubleshooting for more complex operating system issues. You will be part of a team of 4 and will have escalation points of contact within your team.

Required Skills & Experience

3 years of exp in help desk roles, or the equivalent
2+ years of experience Light Active Directory (password resets, group management, etc.)
Windows 10/11
General remote troubleshooting experience
Experience working with a ticketing system, preferably Jira
Ability to handle 20 tickets/day
Good communication, positive attitude, high level of customer service

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with InTune & SCCM
Experience in Customer Service roles
