The Business Analyst will play a critical role in enabling growth by optimizing business processes, identifying new technology breakthroughs, and leading successful execution. A successful Business Analyst will maintain a deep understanding of the end-to-end business process, monitor the system landscape to understand gaps in the current tools and, as relevant, lead the full process to select, implement, and successfully realize the benefits of a system or process upgrade.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of current state processes and system landscape for assigned department(s) and monitor key metrics to evaluate efficiency and pain points
* Serve as a trusted partner of the assigned department(s), including understanding their business goals actively contributing to their initiatives
* Monitors end-user usage of systems and identifies trends or opportunities for engagement.
* Help design, document, and maintain system processes
* Work with business leaders to guide proper usage of the systems, provide training session/content to support end user utilization (New user groups or business functions)
* Coordinate and assist with new feature/functionality rollouts with support and communications to user groups
* Assist with project management as assigned
* Contribute to major project success within the department, when relevant, by leading as a project manager to coordinate inputs from the department, IT, external stakeholders, and executive leadership as required
* Interface on day-to-day basis with the business and IT stakeholders to triage and gather requirements for system changes, both incremental and transformational improvements
* Collaborate with IT leadership on roadmap planning and prioritization
* Preparing management reports to track status of deliverables, system usage KPIs and delivery progress against roadmap
* Helping roll this out to new companies.
* Helping with the adoption of salesforce
* Insights out of the data that is in Salesforce to better the business.
* End user "townhall" meetings.
* Dashboards for leadership view.
