Job Description

Key Responsibilities

-Develop requirements and direct others to perform design and theory research and lab testing tasks as task lead

-Mentor others in developing methods and expertise in broad areas of design, theory, and testing as task lead

-Document work of design, theory, and test in written and presentation form as team lead.

-Coordinate documentation inputs from team

-Primary lead on the development of whitepapers and proposals in research areas of expertise

-Primary lead on sponsors and potential sponsors engagement

-Primary author of entire technical reports/presentations of projects, journal articles, and conference presentations



Additional Responsibilities

- Analyzing and predicting EA/EP technique performance

- Developing EP techniques

- Briefing sponsors on a regular basis

- Documenting research in briefings, papers, and reports

Required Skills & Experience

- 9 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or Physics. OR 7 years with a Master's

- Experience in EA/EP performance analysis applied to radar or similar RF systems

- Experience briefing customers or similar audience on research and work performed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Active Secret Clearance

Recognized subject matter expert in EA/EP applied to radar systems

A deep and broad understanding of radar systems
