Job Description

A manufacturing client of Insight Global's is actively looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their Data Science team that currently consists of a Data Science Manager, a Data Engineer, and a Data Scientist. This individual will play a key role in building and operationalizing AI models throughout the enterprise with an end goal of full scale implementation. This person will spearhead two key projects centered around automating email based orders as well as building and maintaining call transcript pipelines and email analytics. A successful candidate will possess leadership qualities as they will be partnering heavily with both internal and external business partners, building business cases, and identifying gaps.

Required Skills & Experience

* Experience developing and maintaining complex SQL queries and scripts

* Utilize Python and Spark/Pyspark for data analysis, transformation, & visualization

* Implement data management, integration, and database development techniques

* Experience with LLMs prompt engineering (parameter tuning, general deployment, & monitoring strategies

* Experience utilizing version control tools (Git/GitHub)

* Experience leading system design processes (ML Models, building data pipelines, automation architecture, and system deployment

* Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling

* Expertise in DevOps/MLOps best practices (CI/CD, process automation and optimization)

* Experience working in cloud platforms

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Microsoft Graph API or Microsoft Power Automate experience

- Cloud platforms preferred: Azure and Databricks
