We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling to utility companies, utility manufacturing, or lighting manufacturing industries. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Other Key Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
Identify and engage with potential clients in the utility, utility manufacturing, municipality, and lighting manufacturing sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Manufacturing Partners in the lighting, lighting pole and other utility verticals, and with other Key Decision-Makers and Stakeholders.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and in-person meetings to promote our products and services.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the utility, utility manufacturing, or lighting manufacturing industries.
Proven experience in trade shows, in-person sales, and contract negotiation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
Experience working for a Lighting Distributor, Lighting Agent, Utility Company, or Utility Manufacturer
Experience traveling within territory for on-site meetings and trade shows
