Configure, maintain, and optimize the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service modules in Salesforce
Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Field Service teams to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as data cleanup, user management, and security configuration
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
Create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Participate in the development and implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality
Train end-users on Salesforce best practices and system functionality
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide ongoing support and optimization

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Salesforce Administrator certification required
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service experience
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and ability to design and implement solutions that align with them
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and time-management skills
