We are seeking experienced Insurance Sales Agents to join our team in Tampa, FL. The Insurance Sales Agent will be selling and assisting beneficiaries with their plan during open enrollment season. The Open Enrollment Period is from October 15th to December 7th. The agent will guide and help members pick the right Medicare plan based off what they need. Responsibilities of this individual are shown below:
Responsibilities:
Taking roughly 20-25 inbound calls per day with average time being 30-40 minutes per call
Assisting beneficiaries with their Medicare questions, plans, and needs
Depending on capacity, conduct outbound calls to perform follow-ups to members

2+ years of experience being licensed to sell Life and Health insurance in location of residency
Experience going through open enrollment period
Experience working in a call center environment
Deep understanding of Medicare plans - advantage plans, how to position plans, supplement plans, etc.
Experience from a sales background or ability to have a persuasive conversation
Comfortable being on site 5 days per week
Can commit to working 10-15 hours of overtime a week during open enrollment period if applicable
