Insight Global is seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician in Homestead, FL. This person will be initially supporting a large Electrical Bus/charging facility project with the county. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with large electrical projects and high voltage commercial electrical work. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in large commercial and industrial settings, including high voltage systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and compliance with project specifications.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on complex electrical systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to coordinate work and ensure timely project completion.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as Journeyman electrician (Commercial)
Experience with large-scale electrical projects and high voltage commercial work.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces
