A large retail company based out of Cincinnati, OH is looking for a Maintenance Engineer for an onsite direct hire opportunity in Denver, CO. This person will over preventative and predictive... maintenance as well as lead two direct reports. A relocation package is offered for this position if needed.Essential Roles/Functions -- *Lead 2 direct reports including the Buyer and Scheduler *Analyzing data and leading direct reports to schedule maintenance and work orders *In charge of Maintenance Excellence program *Manage the overall health of Maintenance KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis *Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance within the manufacturing plant *Partner with continuous improvement leader on the effectiveness of the internal preventative maintenance program *Manage a cap ex budget including inventory, cost of supplies, ordering of equipment/parts, reliability, inside contractors, while performing root cause analysis on spend *Working within CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management Scheduler) *Managing storeroom inventory *In charge of ordering parts and inventory for the entire site.
