Job Description

The Community Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a senior living community, driving both sales and profitability. This leader develops and executes a strategic turnaround plan in partnership with district teams to position the community as the top-performing facility in the local market. Key responsibilities include staff management, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. The Executive Director will collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy goals and business development efforts while fostering a high-quality, inclusive culture for residents, families, and associates. Additionally, the role involves managing budgets, maintaining relationships with local influencers, and ensuring operational excellence through proactive maintenance and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and resident relations.
- Develop and execute turnaround strategies to improve community performance.
- Partner with sales teams to drive revenue and occupancy goals.
- Foster a positive, inclusive culture among staff and residents.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and compliance with regulations.
- Build relationships with community influencers and maintain the facility to company standards.

This role requires a solution-oriented leader with strong financial acumen, experience in senior living or related industries, and the ability to motivate and lead teams to deliver high-quality resident care and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

- Must have bachelors Degree.
- 3-5 years of operational leadership experience within a skilled nursing facility or related field required.
-Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License.
-Assisted Living Director License
- Advanced knowledge of operational leadership and related fields.
- Sales and marketing expertise, including marketing strategy, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft software.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills; ownership of strategic initiatives.
- Strong business judgment with a focus on improving operational goals.
- 3 years of successful sales experience in a related industry.
