A travel client based in Woodland hills is looking for a Sr. Manager of Personalization specifically supporting Adobe.
Adobe suite of tools, specifically Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe. Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Target (candidates will NOT be considered without Adobe Target exp, we can teach the rest). They will focus on creating a personalized customer experience across channels (web, email, mobile, digital ads, call center). This person will need experience conducting and drawing insights from the following:
-A/B tests
-Multi-variant tests
-1:1 personalization
-Segmentation
-Clickstream data

-3+ years of experience working with Adobe - specifically Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Target (candidates without Target will not be considered)
-7+ years of overall professional experience with a strong focus on personalization
Proficiency with A/B testing, multi-variant testing, and segmentation
