Build and maintain a "best in class" survey system to drive improvements in customer and employee experience.Serve as the Qualtrics technical expert for surveys, automation, reporting, integrations,... customization, and maintenance.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, analysis, engineering, data) to develop and improve survey programs, reports, and dashboards.Maintain expert-level knowledge of the Qualtrics XM Platform.Demonstrate ownership of Qualtrics XM platform management and administration, including monitoring, security, vulnerability remediation, performance, data protection, and disaster recovery.Identify and recommend Qualtrics CX/EX Platform improvements.Manage complex technical programs independently or collaboratively, considering system architecture to minimize disruption.Establish and enforce security best practices, including permission structure with Okta and Qualtrics access.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
