This position serves as an Advanced Weapon and Sensors Mission Engineer that will support the execution of a series of operationally relevant warfighting experiments. This position will provide kill chain engineering and subject matter expertise to develop time critical products to support constructive, virtual, and live experimentation. This mission engineer will inform multi-domain weapon system models and behaviors and develop advanced operational scenarios for use in constructive environment to meet customer requirements. Additionally, the position will assist in design of experiments for test execution and provide warfighting capability assessments and analysis.

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree desired
* At least five years' experience in a multi-level security environment
- Active Top Secret DoD Clearance
* Minimum of 10 years of experience relevant to military operations and associated technologies
* Demonstrated ability to conduct research and analysis to reach defensible conclusions using incomplete information to develop relevant large scale warfighting scenarios
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel)
* Efficient and accurate work output
* Good documentation, writing, and reporting skills
