Secret Network Engineer (SD WAN)

Insight Global is seeking a Secret cleared Network Engineer who has a solid background in Software Defined networking (SD WAN) to support a federal client of ours in San Diego, California. This individual will be read into a Top-Secret clearance. The main task at hand is replacing the Navys ADNS with SD WAN. The day-to-day includes:
- Design and implement software-defined networking solutions.
- Perform systems engineering services in all phases of a project life cycle.
- Develop and maintain technical system documentation related to system configuration, troubleshooting, and traceability
- Provide technical leadership within a team of both government and industry in the planning, investigation, design, and implementation of physical and logical WAN routing and networking solutions.
- Develop SDN solutions across software and hardware to solve problems and implement enhancements.

- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Bachelors Degree
- 6+ years of networking experience
- Knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and other Cisco SDN components
- Experience with Radio Frequency systems
- Experience using MS Visio
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible
- CCNA
- Security+ certified

- Experience with ADNS
- Experience developing technical documentation such as an ECR (engineering change request)
