Insight Global is looking for a Mechanical Designer to work for a large Life Sciences company located in San Clemente, CA. This person will be primarily designing customization for existing IV... solution and peripheral connector platforms. They will be working with customer requests for added features and modications. There will be some customer interaction as well as design tasks. These tasks include: 3d drafting of conceptualized designs, rapid prototyping, and design iterations. They will be interfacing with engineers, mold makers, and others to iterate designs to meeting design acceptance criteria.
