We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Inspector I to support facility operations and maintenance at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality... management within an industrial facility and be well-versed in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate with various teams.Key Responsibilities:Conduct quality inspections on facility operations and maintenance of industrial equipment.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.Review and interpret building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings for inspection and compliance purposes.Identify and document non-conformances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and improve maintenance processes.Perform physical labor as required, including walking, standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, pulling, and climbing ladders.Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards in all inspections and operations.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
