Job Description

A higher education client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with 3-10 years of experience, preferably in university, college, or school system projects. This role requires a strong background in managing multifamily residence projects, food service projects, and various construction methods, including electrical and mechanical building systems and energy management systems. The pay rate is between $50/hr and $70/hr depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3-10 years of construction management experience, preferably with educational institutions, multifamily residence, food service projects, and various construction methods.

* Bachelor's degree in a related field.

* Knowledge of industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory requirements.

* Proficient in MS Office and Bluebeam software.

* Knowledge of AutoCAD, Acrobat, Photoshop, 3D Architect, and Expedition software.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take independent action.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
