Job Description

Our client in El Cajon, CA is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join their special projects team. You will be supporting several projects in the San Diego area. Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensure the safety of field personnel assigned to projects.
- Monitor field labor productivity and quality assurance.
- Coordinate project activities and manage project financial outcomes.
- Handle projections, reporting, and material/equipment procurement.
- Manage change orders and maintain strong owner/client relations.
- Oversee project cash flow and personnel management.
- Adhere to all company operating policies, procedures, and executed plans.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of construction experience as a project manager for a Mechanical/HVAC contractor working on commercial projects
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with Bluebeam
- Experience supporting healthcare/life sciences projects
