This will involve working with industry sponsors to collect protocols, informed consent documentation, updating regulatory documents (1572s and financial disclosures), updating delegation of authority logs, managing monitor visits, and submitting to internal and external IRBs. This person will not be in a patient facing role. Compensation: $24/hr to $29/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Insight Global is looking for a Division IT Manager in Oxnard, CA, for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. The Division IT Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and... implementing division-wide information systems and services. In addition, this candidate will plan and manage resources to deliver the optimum computer solutions and promote systems solutions to management problems. They will be tasked to develop division strategic plans, incorporate enterprise systems solutions, and support Corporate IT directions and goals. This individual will lead a team of 4 direct reports and report to the general manager, with functional reporting to the group IT manager and onward to the CIO. The candidate will supervise the division programming, computer operation, and application support personnel. They will eventually take part in an ERP transformation, leading their local team and working with large support teams from corporate.Other Responsibilities: Develops annual IT plans, including manufacturing and financial applications, resource support, and IT infrastructure.Implements and maintains practices and policies for standard operation and performance of the division.Directs the implementation and maintenance of systems and services providing essential business functions (e.g. major manufacturing functions, engineering services, or office capabilities). Manage the efficiency and effectiveness of these systems or services against the guidelines required to meet user requirements.Reviews and maintains the compliance of systems to established standards to assure future flexibility and maintainability.
