Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Manager, Safety & Health to lead and oversee all EHS operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This individual will manage and mentor a team of safety professionals while driving overall safety strategy, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements, and embedding a strong safety culture across the plant. On a daily basis, they will partner with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to identify risks, conduct hazard assessments, and implement mitigation strategies, while also overseeing industrial hygiene programs such as exposure monitoring, ergonomics, and chemical safety. The role includes leading incident investigations, performing root cause analysis, and tracking corrective actions, as well as supporting audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting. Additionally, this person will develop and improve EHS programs, support capital projects and process changes through safety reviews (PSSR/MOC), and ensure effective delivery of safety training and communication across all levels of the organization. This role can pay between 94K-119K based on an evaluation of relevant experience and education level.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree in relevant field
OSHA 510
7+ years of EHS experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment with leadership experience
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, industrial safety, and industrial hygiene principles
Experience leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessments (JSA, hazard analysis)
Proven ability to lead EHS programs, drive compliance, and influence safety culture across operations through development of trainings
