As an RFIC Principal Layout Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design of WiFi and Bluetooth radios using advanced deeply-scaled CMOS processes. You will work collaboratively with... both domestic and international design engineering teams, providing support for layout projects both on-site and remotely.Key Responsibilities: Participate in the design and development of WiFi and Bluetooth radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs). Provide oversight and direction for custom layout tasks, including managing layout designers and ensuring quality of work. Implement layouts from circuit schematics through to DRC and LVS checks for customer IP blocks. Ensure project objectives, milestones, and quality requirements are met consistently. Collaborate closely with the design team on floor-planning, power/ground arrangements, critical nets, matched devices, and top-level integration while assessing project schedules. Work alongside the internal CAD team to refine tool flows and enhance overall layout productivity.
