The Manager of the Emergency Department is required to frequently apply a set of management principles to the smooth operations of emergency care. Must be capable of independent judgement and decision making in the areas of budget, personnel, patient services, physician relations and administrative or professional programs. They will be working closely with the CNO, CEO, and other senior leadership within the hospital and health system.
