They then box and package the pellets to send to their customers. More and Clinch) and collaborate closely with the electrical lead and mechanical lead on small capital projects such as installing recycle mash lines, head tanks, valves, and transmitters?without responsibility for DCS work. Each day begins with a conference call alongside operations and maintenance teams to review planned and emergency jobs, determine electrical or mechanical needs, and assist instrumentation techs with calibrations and procedure development. The role involves updating and verifying BOMs, using SAP to manage inventory and failure data, and modernizing legacy instrumentation systems including level transmitters, radars, gauges, pressure transmitters, and gas analyzers. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and planning repairs, preparing preventative maintenance plans, developing design specs, managing improvement projects, supporting other project managers, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and following site safety and change management procedures. Over time, the role will expand to include automation-driven process and productivity improvements.We count on you for: ?
