The individual\u0027s primary responsibility would be to fly realistic adversary air tactics in support of the ANG and Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC). Additional responsibilities include operating the simulator console during missions to simulate threat representative tactics, defenses, and engagements against blue forces. The individual may also be tasked to provide subject matter expertise in mission planning, simulator academics, and operating debrief tools. This will require coordination with unit Weapons Officer/Instructor Pilots (IPs) to present realistic air picture to achieve mission training objectives. The Instructor Pilot responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Simulate red air tactics and operate varying threat cockpit controls that include digital cockpit displays, stick \u0026 throttle, etc.- When required, act as Mission Director or Red Czar depending on scenario.- Operate the simulator console and debriefing system during and after missions.- Provide subject matter expertise regarding advanced air tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) during the planning and execution of AFRC operations.- Support the development, coordination, and integration of AFRC events to maximize training.- Orchestrate scenarios and constructive inputs for training events.- Create and modify mission-planning materials/academics to ensure participants achieve maximum training.- Provide instructor level expertise to help shape tactical training for participants.- Report issues related to stimulation software applications and provide basic trouble shooting support.- Supervise small groups of personnel involved in AFRC operations.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
