This is a... hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on being on the floor, leading teams, and elevating the guest experience while keeping operations tight and efficient.This person will oversee all F&B outlets across the property and lead a team of 3 direct reports and ~100 indirect reports across FOH and BOH.What You'll Do? Oversee day-to-day operations across all food and beverage outlets? Ensure compliance with company standards, health codes, and liquor laws? Drive financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control? Lead, coach, and develop management teams and staff? Support hiring, scheduling, and overall team performance? Create and implement menus, presentation standards, and product quality for all outlets? Partner on the planning, design, remodeling and/or construction of outlets/kitchens?
