This individual will run a full recruiting desk, managing the end-to-end hiring process for mission-critical technical roles.The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on - someone who can partner closely with hiring managers while also driving sourcing efforts, managing pipelines, and delivering top-tier candidates. This position requires a strong sense of ownership, the ability to operate autonomously, and comfort working in an ever-changing, high-volume recruiting environment.Key Responsibilities:- Own the full lifecycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management- Partner with hiring managers to understand headcount needs, hiring strategy, and candidate feedback- Proactively source passive candidates through creative and non-traditional methods- Screen inbound applicants and assess alignment with technical and business requirements- Present and recommend top candidates to hiring teams for consideration- Coordinate and support onsite interviews, including candidate experience and logistics as needed- Attend interviews to help evaluate candidates and provide additional insight to hiring managers- Manage offer process including compensation discussions, offer extension, and background checks- Maintain and track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress- Build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders- Must be comfortable working onsite 100% in Hawthorne, CA- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends based on hiring needs- Fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift quickly- Opportunity for long-term growth based on performance and business needWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
