The Senior Program Manager will support customer-facing activities such as design reviews, program reviews, kickoff meetings, and test events, while providing clear financial and schedule reporting to senior leadership. This individual will work within a matrixed organization to align resources, properly safeguard classified information, and travel as needed to support customer and program objectives. The role requires approximately 20?25% travel within the state and a consistent demonstration of strong leadership, collaboration, and accountability.
