In this role, youll manage a region of destinations, ensuring partners are well-positioned to meet traveler demand while balancing volume and capacity across the network. Youll monitor traveler requests, track partner performance, and optimize offerings to drive success. Youll identify, recruit, and onboard top local travel specialists, set and track KPIs, and adjust strategies based on performance insights. You\u0027ll train partners on best practices, analyze performance data in Looker, and leverage AI and tech tools to streamline workflows. Collaborating with internal teams like Customer Support and Product, youll address partner needs, support product launches, and enhance platform capabilities. Attending travel expos will help you stay ahead of industry trends and expand valuable partnerships. This role is offering a base salary of $55,000 - $75,000.
