A client is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Program Manager/ RTE to join their growing team. This role is about 70% focused on project/ program delivery and exexution and will require about 30%... Release Train Engineer responsibilities such as Big Room Planning and Train level reporting. This individual will be responsible for the management and execution of value streams to support the delivery of strategic technology products. They will foster Lean-Agile principles and help balance lean-agile execution and program management activities to deliver solutions more effectively. There will be a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication, big room planning, and financial management (Capex Vs. Opex). You will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with the vision, roadmap, and releases. Responsibilities include coordinating release planning, facilitating key project events, and summarizing objectives for strategic alignment with executives. You will manage risks and dependencies, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and optimize project practices.
