These candidates will be responsible for assisting the Manufacturing and Quality teams with developing training plans for new hires in the field and serving as a mentor to build familiarity with the Flight Line and their daily duties. They are expected to provide instruction, modeling, and opportunities for observation to newer team members, and reinforce progress and development. It is critical that this person has a strong professional background in Aerospace, preferably within Quality Inspections, Repair Station Inspections, FAA Inspections, and Avionics, and is able to effectively communicate training materials written and verbally in a digestible manner to their team.
