They will foster Lean-Agile principles and help balance lean-agile execution and program management activities to deliver solutions more effectively. There will be a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication, big room planning, and financial management (Capex Vs. Opex). You will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with the vision, roadmap, and releases. Responsibilities include coordinating release planning, facilitating key project events, and summarizing objectives for strategic alignment with executives. You will manage risks and dependencies, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and optimize project practices.
