This is a tool-ownership role, not a design-focused engineering position. Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required to coordinate with production, maintenance, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines. This position also involves maintenance on all of the facilities equipment.This is a permanent position, 5 days a week onsite in Charlotte, NC. The salary range is $90,000-$142,000.
