Because the company is headquartered in the EU, each day will start with catching up/connecting with their updates followed by diving into an assigned team's test plans including their test requirements, pre-conditions, test instructions, data collection, etc. This STE will serve as an overarching liaison understanding each group's testing plans to cohesively manage timelines efficiently and effectively - this will require PERT layouts in order to facilitate proper system integration (SI) verification testing. It will be important for the STE to support teams with defining tests and keep testing processes moving forward.
