He/she will define product strategy, set problem priorities and provide direction and priority to delivery teams and will be responsible for sizing overall opportunity, impacts and full potential for new product features. Also responsible for capturing high-level business objectives across various business units, crafting a product vision and solution approach while partnered with ERP/EPM peers and leadership, Enterprise Architecture, Information Protection, Enterprise Data and various Centers of Excellence across the Enterprise. The candidate should demonstrate an understanding of complex ideas, and be capable of evangelizing the strategy, and priorities to the team and stakeholders. This role should practice attentive listening and display executive presence as they will be frequently meeting with senior-level business management and presenting to large groups including Product advisory committees. The Technical Product Manager should perform all duties with a focus on quality of work, attention to detail and a high level of self-management and self-awareness. ? Drive the product vision for ERP/EPM capabilities and execute on delivery and alignment with engineers ? Define functional requirements for capabilities to enhance user experiences for platform engineers and full-stack engineers with an ERP/EPM focus? Translate complex problems into easily understandable requirements and propose effective solutions? Work with engineering teams to clarify, triage, and prioritize bugs? Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams across HCA to set and evangelize product vision, strategy, metrics and roadmaps while influencing measured successful product and feature rollouts? Define new capability needs and drive alignment across multiple business and technical stakeholder teams? Influence conceptualization and development to produce high-quality products that provide measurable business value? Establish priority for features and capabilities to ensure project timelines are met while navigating priority tradeoffs to support changing business needs? In collaboration with ITG and Business leadership, building roadmaps to drive real value for products with milestones for success inclusive of discovery, and measurement? Qualify \u0026 quantify the return on investment of new strategic work requests and product functionality through business case development and presentation to senior executives? Communicate effectively for both technical and non-technical audiences? Cultivate a motivating environment that brings out the best in people and improves performance of others? Advocate on behalf of delivery teams/individual contributors when concerns or issues arise? Use product and technical expertise to expose trends and influence decisions for our stakeholders? Build healthy trust and partnership relationships with staff, leadership, stakeholders, peers, and vendors ? Provide excellent cross functional communication with Engineering, Product Analysis, Architecture, QA, and other technical stakeholder team members ? Work with leadership in resolving conflicts involving staff, vendors, stakeholders and business partners ? Lead product delivery teams and work with matrix partners to drive execution of projects across the product lifecycle? Seek input and expertise from stakeholders across lines of business? Coordinate across business units to create cohesive ITG vision and requirements? Translate business needs into documented, prioritized scope/plans and funding requests? Monitor product ITG requests and manage performance against ITG development goals ? Assess product and project effectiveness post implementation; leading troubleshooting efforts when needed ? Deliver status reports, identifying and escalating risks and issues when appropriate ? Monitor and act on product performance data (e.g., employee actions, delivery, financial, and operational) to identify new enhancement opportunities ? Build metrics to help prioritize and drive execution towards the product vision and strategy ? Work with finance, product colleagues and operations to ensure financial viability, operational excellence and continuous improvement ? Support proactive issue resolution and productive problem solving when concerns arise around product design and business processes ? Continually improve products using measured KPIs and OKRs ? Support Change Management and the improvements in Change Control processes while ensuring minimal/no impact to product performance metrics? Recommend and lead change for incorporating process improvements into overall product management ? Work with UX to develop prototypes, mockups, and/or wireframes for new products and product functionality to cast product vision into the organization?
